Q: Why should I rent from LGS EVENTS and Rental?
A: We guarantee you high quality tents and great service. We have a large range of tent sizes to cover events large or small. We purchase only high-quality, heavy-duty tents. We maintain our inventory and inspect it regularly so that you and your event will look great. Our experienced event planners will be happy to help you plan the perfect event. We work with a network of area professionals: caterers, florists, decorators and more. Our professional team will install your tent in a timely manner. Our team’s goal is to surpass your expectations. We will make every effort to accommodate any special needs or requirements.

Q: What do I need to know in order to plan my event?
A: There are several things you should decide as you begin plan your event:

  • How many guests do you plan to have?
  • Will the guests be seated at tables and chairs or chairs only?
  • Do you need space for a food table, head table, dance floor or anything else?
  • Where will your event be located?
  • What date are you planning your event?

Q: Do you deliver and install the tents and accessories?
A: Tents: We Provide Setup and Take down service with all Our tents (Additional charges apply)

Q: Where can I find pricing information?’
A: All events are priced based on location, size of tent and duration of event. Please contact us for pricing information. Fill out our Quote Page form on Main page to get a written quote sent to you.

Q: How do I decide what size tent I need?
A: See our tent sizing chart to determine what size tent(s) you need.

Q: How far ahead of time do I need to reserve my tent?
A: Reserving as far ahead as possible will ensure the widest selection of tents and accessories; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs no matter what your time frame. All tents are rented on a first-come-first-served basis. So, it is a good idea to reserve further ahead, especially in the busy summer months. However, we can usually take orders with only a few days’ notice.

Q: Do you travel to my area?
A: We Travel near and Far for Delivery to you, (Fee’s apply)

Q: What if a storm comes while the tent is up?
A: This is a concern that many people have. However we purchase only heavy-duty, commercial grade tents that are made to handle what the weather can dish out. We can provide tents that are engineered to withstand 90 mph winds. If you should have any problems during the time the tent is up just call 360-907-7670 for emergency. Our crew of professionals is on call 24-7-365 for your peace of mind.

Q: Do you provide tents for large events?
A: Yes please check availability.

Q: Can you recommend any caterers or event planners?
A: Yes just ask for our party planner.

Q: I’m planning my event on a limited budget. How can I save money?
A: We’ve been working with our customers to save them money for years. Here is a suggestion. USE us we are a family owned and operated business and know how to save you money.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept check or cash as well as MasterCard, Visa and PAYPAL. We require a 50% deposit on reservation of the Rental items and the remainder is due 30 Days before the event or at delivery. Please contact us to arrange other payment terms. We would be happy to work with you.

Q: Can tents be erected on asphalt or concrete?
A: Certainly,. Tents can also be installed on concrete. we have Water Barrels for rent Renter must provide water spout to fill.

Q: Can tents be installed without stakes?
A: A tent can transform even the most challenging area. if we are not able to stake into the ground renter will be required to rent water Barrels to secure tent.

Q: Can I cancel my tent and other items?
A: When you reserve your tent, you pay a 50% deposit. You can cancel the tent but we will keep the nonrefundable deposit and you don’t need to pay any more than the deposit that you’ve already paid. Two exceptions to this: Holiday weeks .and linens are nonrefundable and will need to be paid in full at time of rental…Inside 30 days or rental Period whole package is 100% Non-Refundable

Q: When do you setup and remove the tent?
A: The base rental price includes up to three days of usage. For example, if you are using the tent on Saturday, we can install the tent on Thursday or Friday and remove it on Monday. This gives you time for setup or decoration as needed. Tents can be rented for a longer period of time as well.

Q: Can I specify a time to have my tent installed?
A: Normally we will call you one or two days before the tent will be installed to schedule the time to deliver the tent. If you prefer to have us deliver the tent at a specific time, please mention it when you place your order. after 6pm set up or take down will be charged after hours rates.

Q: Can my tent be heated or air conditioned?
A: Yes this is an extra charge.

Q: What type of events can you use a tent?
A: A tent can provide the perfect atmosphere for nearly any event. Just use your imagination: weddings, backyard parties of any size, corporate events, sales promotions, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, formal dinners, auctions, fundraisers and much more.

Q: Dishware Facts:
A: There is a $100 cleaning deposit to rent dishes  All dishware comes to you Clean & Sterilized in crates, Renter is responsible for placing all items back in crates at end of rental all plates must be scraped free of food & rinsed off, all glassware dumped of all liquids silverware placed back in tubs, if food & debris left on dishes the Cleaning fee will be refunded when all items are returned if dishes are not rinsed you will be charged the $100 cleaning fee Plus any missing and or broken dishes
