Consultation
Consultation with new customers is complimentary. This is a good way that we can learn how and what you have in mind for the event to be and what can be needed. Once we figure that out we can start working. LGS Events & Party Rental Event Planning and Consulting know and has a lot of contacts in the event industry, we can help you find the perfect fit for your needs that would make you shine.
On Site – Consultation
Not sure if the event location is a proper fit for your event / tent. Or want to hear some ideas on how your event can be arrangements. LGS Events & Party Rental offers On – site Consultation that way we can answer your questions take measurements and see what items or tent size are the perfect fit for your party at the event location. In case destination is farther away than 5 miles charge can apply.
Delivery/Pick up
We offer delivery/pick up for all of our items in stock. There is a Charge for this. For a quote put your items in the shopping cart and check out, You will not have to pay at this time. We will send you an estimates for this service. You can pick up from our Pickup Location 11813 se Riveridge Dr. Vancouver Wa. 98683 for no Charge. weekdays between 8am–7pm Note: All Tents Must be delivered.
For business and residential we normally try to do deliveries/pick up weekdays between 8am–6 pm (business operation hours).
For residential deliveries/pick up customer can let us know where to drop items ahead of time without you having to be there. We know that most of our customers work at business hours, that is why LGS Events & Party Rental gives this extended service at no charge for customer satisfaction.
Saturday delivery
On Saturday delivery/pick up 10 am–4 pm. LGS Events & Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.
Additional fees will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery Up Stairs or Hills, Distances greater than 50 ft. from loading/unloading trucks, specific delivery/pickup times, and after-hour delivery/pickup times.
Any Delivery Charge is not a tip paid to your driver. If you feel that they made an excellent Five Star Service you can reward your driver for awesomeness Customer Service.

After Hours

This would allow you to plan the set up/break down logistics. Setting up or break down your event rental items can be stressful, time and energy consuming. Leave the stressing to our team so you can fully enjoy and be rested at the event.

On-Site Services.
You may wish to retain the services of a LGS Events & Party Rental employee during an event to ensure all items function properly and to help you solve unforeseen problems. Or retain the services like setting tables and Chairs up, Decorating and Clean up. Please call for more information and prices.
Emergency – After Hours
In case your rental items are having difficulties or not properly working, give us a call and leave a message and our emergency response team would get back with you to fix the problem.LGS Events & Party Rental also provides emergency rental services. Did you plan an outside party but it might rain? Call our Emergency Party Response team, our experts can help you plan for weather in clemencies on a short time notice and ensure the success of your event.
Site logistics, Tent survey and Permits, Consulting with You
We can produce anything from an Small Dinner party or small backyard barbecue, to a large tented event with tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, stage, sound systems, and even heating. Our event consultants will assist you in planning your event to create the perfect ambiance for your event. We help with every aspect of executing your event from site logistics, tent survey and permits to consulting with you on themed development and presentation. We anticipate those things you’re going to need for your party right down to the last detail.
